Chat Box not being read/Cut off

I need help, for some reason its not reading the chatbox right, I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing helped Here is what it looks like https://i.imgur.com/cl0j0KA.png

Hey Xmw15,

I have had issues with the chat being read when not using 0% transparency. Try adjusting the slider all the way down in Settings > Gameplay > Appearance. I think it's too hard to compare pixels when the background isn't static, but I also don't see anything about that being an issue in the FAQ. Let me know if that works.
