Track enemy HP for alerts

Is there an app for this? Been looking for something that can alert me when Demon Berserkers are about 10-20khp left, so I can flick Sacrafice Scrimshaw, I sometimes miss it because I'm looking at my phone and the HP goes down too fast. Right now I can only find an alerter to let me know when the enemy actually dies which isn't too helpful for this.
