[Request] AfkWarden - Buffs Alerter Medium/Large Sized Buff Icons

Hello,

I like to have my Buff Icon Size at "Medium" or "Large" however if I chose to do that the Buff Alerter no longer tracks the Buff Icons. I guess because it only checks for the small symbols.

I don't know if this is complex to add the feature that Medium and Large-sized Buff Icons are tracked to. Would be very helpful because I love that feature.

It is insanely helpful for PvM fights. I added Custom Text to Speech alerts and it is really awesome doing PvM with that.

Thank you for your great Toolkit, it is so helpful and I couldn't imagine a RuneScape experience without it!

Would also love to see the buff detection work on Medium and Large setting
