Compass Clue

I've suddenly started having issues with compass clues. The solver has started automatically selecting coordinates and reading the arrow without prompt. Occasionally it inputs the correct location after I teleport, but usually it selects random coordinates well outside the mainland in all the random little regions. Once it selects a location it is stuck there, briefly showing the new coordinates I try to select (via double clicking the map or via right clicking the teleport and pressing alt-1) but returning to the random coordinate after a moment. Any suggestions?
