HP/Prayer alert not working on shortened action bar

The AFKWarden HP/Prayer alerts seem to be unable to detect the action bar interface when its shortened (stacked, horizontal). Any full length bar or stacked vertical seem to be working correctly. Tried the High DPI setting on the launcher but that did not help.
