Alt1 not reading Text (rasial)

so looks like there are other people having this issue, but iv tried what they have done, and its still not working,
in my case im trying to detect Rasial saying : Suffer at my hand!

it wont detect the text, in the options, iv done the color picker and it still wont activate?

It probably has to do with the name and/or transparency and/or timestamps may help.
