Alt1 sound issue.

Hello could anyone tell me why I dont get the sound alert when blessing of the gods appears? (I get the cursor message etc but no sound) I also use the exact same sound for seren spirit and when that spawn I do get the sound. Any idea what could be causing this?

And to add to this alt1 gives me the sound notifications normally on 2 accounts but on 1 account they are super delayed or wont come at all. Interface and all scaling settings are at 100% and all same settings are used on the 2 working accounts. This usually happens when I afk all 3 accounts at the same time. 2 Accs are on 4k resolution main screen and 1 is on fhd resolution secondary screen. The one that is not working is on the 4k resolution one (From which the other acc works so this is really weird)

Further info: Its only the menaphos vip area where the notifications are not working for some reason so far seems to be working everywhere else I have tried
