Clue Detection Error and Full White Screen Flash in RuneScape Window

I’m trying to solve a clue, but when I click on it, I get a message saying, Could not find any clue or puzzle on your screen. Check the Alt1 capture settings if none of the image detection features in Alt1 work. Everything seems normal in the Clue Solver settings, but I have also noticed that my RuneScape window flashes a white full screen occasionally. Any idea what could be causing both these issues.

Anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions?
