Cant open alt1 ever since I updated to windows 10

Once I updated and tried to open I got this message: https://i.gyazo.com/a5f7912db1e5c3814f4 … d2cebf.png (sorry for the not english system langugage). I have tried re-installed it mulitple times, and cleared cache and nothing helped. Please help. ty

Hm weird, this seems to happen a lot more often lately. Its the same problem as this thread. http://runeapps.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=143

It basically means that the alt1 settings file failed to save and has to be reset.

Following these steps will reset the file.

1. Press the windows button on your keyboard and 'R' at the same time, this will show a quick run window.

2. Paste this line and press enter. rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache

You can also just delete the user.config file mentioned in the error. Don't delete anything else tho.

Ty, the run command didn't work but deleting the file totally did! Thank you for being active and helping users.

ive been having issues with alt1 since updating to windows 10 too, whenever i try to re download is i get this message https://gyazo.com/6cbe566db2d734d698f20e7470d154d8 and i dont know what to do.

Can you post the contents of the setup log? I will be able to tell whats going wrong using that. There are hundreds of things that can go wrong and i can't help with "it's not working".
