Better Installer

Not sure what you did on release of 0.0.3, some sort of auto-installer, but to be honest I liked the previous one better. Now it's hard to know where the files are installed, so upon reboot I don't know how to run without doing setup again! Hah, hopefully you have a proper installer almost ready, but in the meantime where is the install path ?

I added a "click-once" installer which should also allow easy updates. The installer should have added a start menu entry. Click-once handles all the version stuff and assign a install folder. You can find the folder by rightclicking the process in task manager and selecting "open file location".

You can also check the run on startup option under (settings>other) to run alt1 on startup.
