Alt1 toolkit fails to detect clues, doesn't work on my dell 7577

trying to figure out what works but so far no luck. i set my screen display at 1080 (from 4k), ran it on old client, tried all capture settings, nothing working. "Alt1 failed to find the teleport button in-game. image detection might not be working"

if anyone has any knowledge or dealt with the same issue a little insight would be awesome
