I switch between directx, open gl. It wont work. I tried with lightweight mode on or not on runemetric it wont work. Idk what to do anymore

That looks like you have image sharpening set to override in your graphics card settings, more info here https://runeapps.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=1190

Yup work! now my gear interface wont sheathe or unsheathe when i fish with the rod o matic with an off hand dragon scimitar. Whenever im fishing or not it doesnt change anything

EDIT: fixed it by force sheathing my self
