PoF Disease Diagnoser

Since the old one went offline and does seem to work anymore decided to make a new one!

Based on how "Meg answers" works controls wise, so you can either click the button to check the screen, or click alt+1 to auto read the screen. The check should be activated when the symptom is on screen though, not when the options are on screen.

Uhoh, I've been caught!

I will say I do like how the alt1 font/OCR system works (having looked into a bit more than intended trying to get my custom font image to work) - and it is definitely a lot more accurate! (for the workaround I use I think I only recall one or two messages being translated near perfectly, not count some random characters it adds to the front). I do wish it was easier to make the fonts though; makes me feel like a dumdum, like I'm probably missing some small obvious thing; but after hitting my head against a wall for days cheating was easier since I didn't need 100% accuracy since the messages are distinct enough
