Since the old one went offline and does seem to work anymore decided to make a new one!

Based on how "Meg answers" works controls wise, so you can either click the button to check the screen, or click alt+1 to auto read the screen. The check should be activated when the symptom is on screen though, not when the options are on screen.

Uhoh, I've been caught!

I will say I do like how the alt1 font/OCR system works (having looked into a bit more than intended trying to get my custom font image to work) - and it is definitely a lot more accurate! (for the workaround I use I think I only recall one or two messages being translated near perfectly, not count some random characters it adds to the front). I do wish it was easier to make the fonts though; makes me feel like a dumdum, like I'm probably missing some small obvious thing; but after hitting my head against a wall for days cheating was easier since I didn't need 100% accuracy since the messages are distinct enough

Hey @fewfre, thank you so much for this! Been waiting for one since CureSeeker dev stopped updating it It is possible to add support to multi language?

Multi language support for the disease detection (as in supporting German/French/Portuguese game language option) or the UI (which could be various languages)?

I can add support for detecting diseases in other languages, sure - Portuguese should be fairly easy since the wiki has all the text there; French/German don't seem to have wikis, so they'd be more annoying to do (might take a bit since I have to get a bunch of sick animals to get text from, since the wiki doesn't have the text for other languages)

I'll add Portuguese disease detection for now (I don't mind adding more if requested)

Added support for reading symptoms in-game when using Portuguese game text - UI is still in English though.

If someone does want the UI to support other languages I can add support for it if needed and update to post to mention where to find the file to translate; or if someone wants German/Portuguese symptom reading support I can do it.. just not on my todo list unless someone asks

Sorry, meant multi language for disease detection. Would be great if we had portuguese support, yeah. Thank you for your work!
