Alt1 Capture Not Working & Scaling

Hello All,

I have sifted through some topics but still struggling with the capture function not working.

I have the following settings in Alt1:

RS Client Settings:

I currently use 120% scaling in RS3; I am on a 2k monitor and without this scaling the game is insanely small and hard to view for me.
Is there anyway I can use the scaling and still get capture functionality to work?
